No. Keep and return the official condition report required in your jurisdiction. BondProof helps you organise additional photographic evidence.
What does the photo fingerprint prove?
The report records a SHA-256 fingerprint for each included file as a consistency check. It is not a government or independent certification.
Can I compare move-in and move-out?
Yes. Premium can create a room-by-room comparison when the move-out inspection is linked to the earlier move-in inspection.
Is there a subscription?
No. You can start documenting free and pay once when exporting a report.
