Product walkthrough

From the front door to a finished rental record.

BondProof breaks a large inspection into small, repeatable steps. You always know which room is next and what still needs attention.

Choose the record you are making

Start with moving in, current condition or moving out. This choice changes the wording of the record. A current condition record says what the rental looks like today; it does not suggest that the same condition existed before the capture date.

Set up the rental

Select Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, then confirm the address and applicable local area. Add only the rooms and outdoor areas that belong to this rental.

Keep the official paperwork.

BondProof supplements a condition report or inventory. It does not replace one.

Work room by room

In each room, begin with wide views that show layout and overall condition. Add close-ups for marks, wear or details that would be difficult to see in a wide shot. Short factual notes are easier to understand later than emotional or speculative descriptions.

  • Your room count stays visible.
  • Completed rooms are saved before you continue.
  • You can leave and return to an unfinished record.

Review before the PDF

The review screen puts the room record first. Reopen a room if a photograph is missing or a note needs correction. When the record is complete, choose Basic for one point in time or Premium for a linked earlier-and-later comparison.

Understand the finished file

The PDF groups the material by room and includes capture details. SHA-256 file fingerprints act as consistency checks for the files included in the report. They are not a government certification and do not decide a dispute.

Continue with a focused guide

Build your record one room at a time.

Photograph, add a short note and continue when you are ready.
