The product

BondProof supports move-in, current-condition and move-out records. Renters choose the rooms that exist, take or select photographs, add factual notes, review the record and create a PDF.
Basic produces a single point-in-time report. Premium is for a move-out linked to an earlier BondProof record of the same rental and places earlier and later evidence side by side.

Does BondProof replace an official condition report or inventory?
No. Complete and keep the document required by the state, territory, country, deposit scheme or tenancy process that applies to the rental.
Does a PDF guarantee a bond or deposit result?
No. BondProof organises the material supplied by the user. A landlord, agent, bond authority, deposit scheme, mediator or tribunal decides what weight to give it.
Does BondProof automatically send the report?
No. The renter decides whether and where to download or share the PDF.
Is BondProof an iPhone app?
