Rental Inspection Checklist
Go through this list before your agent does their final inspection. Photograph everything - even rooms that look fine. Whether you're protecting a rental bond (Australia, New Zealand) or a tenancy deposit (UK), if damage appears later and you have no photos from move-out day, you're the one paying for it.

๐ธ Photo Evidence Tips
- Use an app that locks the date and time onto each photo ยท not just your phone gallery
- Photograph every room, even if it looks perfect ยท your agent will inspect all of them
- Get close-ups of any pre-existing damage so it can't be attributed to you later
- Store your photos somewhere other than your phone ยท if your phone breaks, your evidence is gone
- Generate a PDF report to share with your agent before or on the day you hand back the keys
๐ก BondProof locks the date and time onto every photo as you take it, organises them by room, and generates a PDF you can send to your agent or use at tenancy tribunal (AU/NZ) or deposit scheme disputes (UK) if there's a dispute.
Do your inspection before your agent does theirs.
Date and time locked on every photo. PDF ready to send. Free to start - pay once when you generate your report. Works for rental bonds (AU/NZ) and tenancy deposits (UK).
