The service
BondProof helps users organise rental condition photographs and notes into reports. It is not a law firm, bond authority, deposit scheme, property inspector or tribunal. It does not guarantee a bond refund, deposit refund or legal outcome.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting access to your account and activities performed through it. You must not access another person's record without permission or use BondProof for unlawful, misleading or abusive activity.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photographs, notes and documents you upload. You grant BondProof the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce and format that content to provide the service and requested reports. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.
Reports and file fingerprints
A report reflects the material available when it is generated. A SHA-256 file fingerprint is a consistency check for an included file. It is not an independent certification of when, where or by whom the original scene was created, and it does not determine admissibility or legal weight.
One-time report purchases
The Android release uses Google Play for one-time report purchases. The price and included feature are shown before confirmation. Google Play processes payment and its refund process applies, alongside any non-excludable consumer rights. A purchase is not a recurring BondProof subscription unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise. Deleting a rental record or account does not itself submit a refund request to Google Play.
Official processes
BondProof does not automatically send a record to a landlord, agent, insurer, authority, deposit scheme or tribunal. You remain responsible for official forms, notices, deadlines, submissions and professional advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device, file or third-party service will always work. Keep independent copies of important reports, original photographs and official documents.
